Blanca offer inspection trips to the Costa Blanca to help YOU to decide if Spain
is the right place for you to purchase property.

we shall refund your inspection trip fee of £99 (or Euro equivalent) in full
on completion.
Our inspection trips cover all the areas SOUTH of Alicante Airport as far south as San Javier.
When you are ready to purchase that dream home in the sun you should join one of our subsidised three or four day inspection trips, when we can give you all the appropriate information and advise you on what you may require. You will be able to discuss buying a home in Spain with people who have already purchased property.
There is no pressure to purchase a Spanish property, but we do ask that you are serious about buying a property on the Costa Blanca before you book your inspection trip.
You will have to provide us with details of the approximate amount you wish to spend, and the type of property that you require. We will try to arrange an individual itinerary to meet your needs. You will be looked after by the same member of staff on a one-to-one basis during your inspection visit, who will show you as many properties as possible in your price range, and also show you around various areas so as to let you see for yourself the amenities in your chosen area. We therefore believe, that a three or four day inspection trip is sufficient for you to be able to view properties that are relevant, without wasting your time showing you properties outside your price range.
On your Spanish inspection trip, to enable you to make your decision, you will be provided with all the facts including total purchase costs, annual running costs, legal formalities, bank accounts, furniture, letting potential, insurance, etc.

To ensure that you are in a position to purchase a property whilst on an inspection trip, we ask that applicants make available a deposit of 3000€ which is required to secure a property, should you see one that you like. This amount can be withdrawn from a credit card
(subject to your limit, it might be advisable to notify the
credit card company before you travel of your possible intentions).
On resale properties you normally have to put down a 10% deposit. It
is an idea to speak to your Bank about arranging facilities (filling out the
necessary paperwork) in case you decide to swift money through to a Spanish
Bank account if you decide you wish to purchase a property.

It is also advisable to bring along two passport photographs of yourself, which will be required when applying for your NIE number, a legal requirement when purchasing a property in Spain.

Return flights to Spain from any viable UK airport.
Airport collection from Alicante or Murcia Airports.
Accommodation for the duration of your stay.
All meals will be provided whilst on the inspection trip
A property consultant on a one to one family basis for the duration of your inspection trip.
(We DO NOT fill up a mini bus with 12 or more people at a time).
